we encourage you to order online using PayPal's secure shopping
cart . PayPal's shopping cart or "add to cart" buttons are located
on the product details page of each item. Click on the image of the item
you would like to purchase and an enlarged image with the details of the item
will appear. Below the details will be the "add to cart" buttons.
Place your order by clicking on the Ŕadd to cart” button, follow the
directions and fill in all the required information.

Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase,
just click on the "add to cart" button. Your shopping cart will update every
time you add or delete an item to your order. When you want to check out, click
the "checkout" button when viewing your shopping cart.

Order by email:
Email us at info@tabu-boutique.com with your full
name, address, daytime phone number, names of the items and the quantity
of your order. We will confirm receipt of your order and you will be notified of
the shipping cost and date . For security reasons, please do
not send credit card information via e-mail.
Order by telephone:
To phone in your order please call 604.683.8702, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific
Standard Time. If we are not available to take your call, please leave
a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 12 hours of receipt
during regular business hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
will be processed the following Monday.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Tabu Boutique uses the industry standard in secure online payment processing
via PayPal, one of the most respected and widely used secure Online payment
processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck and
fully encrypt every order for ultimate security. Just follow the steps in the
checkout of the shopping cart and your order will be processed securely. See

safe and secure.
For orders placed by email or telephone, payments are made using PayPal's secure "Send Money" method. With PayPal, you can send money to Tabu Boutique by simply signing up for a PayPal account. When you are logged into your account, click the Send Money tab. Then enter our email address, info@tabu-boutique.com and the amount you would like to send. You can pay with a credit card or checking account. Please note, there is no fee to sign up for a PayPal account or to "Send Money".
If you prefer not to use PayPal's shopping cart or PayPal's "Send Money" method, you can make a payment by issuing a Money Order, payable to Tabu Boutique Orders will not be shipped until the money order is cleared. This may take up to 5 days or more. You will be notified via email, once it is cleared.
US Customers paying by Money Order: Please ensure that it is an International Money Order in US dollars.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of the unavailability. Please
allow as much notice as possible to ensure the availability of your selection
. Tabu Boutique will make every effort to include all of the
items listed in each gift set, however, we reserve the right to make substitutions
of equal or greater value when necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Tabu Boutique is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers
and using this information responsibly. We do not sell or trade our
customer database with third parties.
Contact information (name, address, email, phone number and credit card information) is used to process your order and to contact you when necessary.
You may receive information from us about new gift ideas, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive these notices, please send an email to info@tabu-boutique.com with "remove from mail list" in the subject line. If more than one email address has been given, you will need to send us an email from each address.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday from
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Tabu Boutique takes extra care in
packaging all items for safe delivery and are not responsible for products damaged
in transit. If a package appears to have been opened or damaged in shipping,
we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. If
there any delays in shipping, you will be notified by email or phone.
We are not responsible for postal, courier or customs delays.
Currently, we only process and ship orders to the Continental United States, however, we are working on shipping within Canada and International destinations.

and Alaska):
Items are shipped to the United States via Canada Post Expedited Parcel
Service. You can expect to receive your order in 7 - 9 business
days. If you wish to have your order delivered using a faster service, please
contact us by email at info@tabu-boutique.com . We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If there are any problems fulfilling
your order, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to arrange a solution.

Customs departments may randomly select packages for inspection. This happens rarely, but we are not responsible for damages incurred by these inspections.

Returned merchandise must be pre-approved. We will not accept unauthorized returns
for refunds. Please email us for a Return Authorization No. before returning
the items. Claims on edible products must be made within 48 hours and non edible
products must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned items must
be in it's original condition and packaging, accompanied by an original receipt.
We regret that edible items and opened bodycare products that are sold individually
or in gift sets are not returnable. Refunds are applicable to the goods only.
We do not refund shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges.
All sales are final.
Due to the intimate nature of Lingerie, we cannot, under federal law, accept
any returns or exchanges. Please choose your purchases carefully.
